Grex Is Online with New Hardware! Thanks to a generous donation
by John Remmers, Grex is up and running again. Our old hardware,
installed in April of 2003, needed more work than we had time to
devote to it (it may still be fixed, but for other purposes).

Grex's OS has been upgraded to OpenBSD 5.0 from 4.9.
As always, report any issues you think may be related to this
upgrade. Applications will also be upgraded, as necessary.

Locked out of your Grex account? Send a password reset
request to help@grex.org. Since the upgrades we've seen a lot
of users unable to log in for this reason. It was not intentional.
Be prepared to describe what's in your home directory that only
you can see. That's one way we can tell you are really you.

Grex's operating system has been upgraded from OpenBSD
4.8 to 4.9. Applications have been also upgraded.

vote passed, resulting in lower membership dues. You now pay
$18/yr or $2/mo. |

Quorum Requirements Changed A by-law to
lower the number of Directors serving on the Grex Board from
7 to 5 members has passed. The quorum requirement for the
board has been lowered from 5 members to 3 - this change is
immediate. |
