If you run into problems while creating your account or using our services please contact us and ask for help, but before you do we expect you to provide us with useful information that can help resolve your problem. At the very least, you must provide us with the following:
- Type of Operating System Eg: Windows 95, Windows 2000, Linux Debian Lenny.
- Method of connectivity Eg: SSH, Telnet, Internet Browser.
- Software Name Eg: PuTTY, Windows Telnet, Firefox browser with Java (JRE 1.6).
- Steps you took to try and fix things Eg: "I tried to ping Grex, but DNS was not working"
